Luna in Laguna

I am a children’s author, Human Resources professional, and an experienced, trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness teacher. My work centers on helping others feel safe, seen, and supported. Drawing from many years of leading yoga and mindfulness practices, I write stories that gently guide children through moments of curiosity, calm, and connection.

I am a lifelong lover of cats, and currently, we are owned by six of them! My family and I live just outside of Las Vegas. Inspired by my beloved ragdoll cat Luna and our time spent in Laguna Beach, I created Luna in Laguna, a heart-centered series focused on building tools to help children regulate themselves and navigate life with curiosity and ease.

Through my writing, I hope to create meaningful, sensory-rich experiences that encourage children (and adults, too) to slow down, explore their surroundings, and discover a sense of inner peace.
