Thank you for choosing Purple Diamond Press, Inc. for your children’s book needs. For wholesale book orders, shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders will be processed within 3 business days, with shipping times varying based on the order quantity.

 

We primarily use reliable carriers such as FedEx or UPS for shipments. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please provide the details during the ordering process.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Purple Diamond Press, we strive to provide quality children’s books that bring joy and education to young readers. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy outlined below for bulk orders:

 1.    Eligibility:

    •    To be eligible for a return, the books must be purchased directly from Purple Diamond Press.

    •    The return must be initiated within 21 days from the date of purchase.

    2.    Condition of the Book:

    •    The book must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

    •    It should be free from any markings, writing, or damage.

    •    The original packaging, including any accompanying materials or accessories, should be included.

    3.    Return Process:

    •    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at info@purplediamondpress.com.

    •    Provide the order number, book details, and reason for the return.

    •    Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

    4.    Return Shipping:

    •    The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned book.

    5.    Refund or Exchange:

    •    Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will notify you of its status.

    •    If the book meets the eligibility criteria, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for an alternative book of equal value.

    •    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days after processing the return.

    6.    Exceptions:

    •    Personalized or custom-made children’s books are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

    •    E-books and digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
